Meredith Hunter is a Director of Operations & Compliance with more than 20 years of experience in property management and operations and deep enterprise leadership spanning transitions, onsite and mobile maintenance, fleet, asset management, procurement, governance, and compliance. Her career uniquely blends hands-on operational leadership with large-scale program design, enabling her to bridge field execution with enterprise strategy.

Recently, Meredith has played a pivotal role in building the governance, fleet infrastructure, asset controls, and operational frameworks required to scale mobile maintenance as a technology-enabled service model. By aligning policy, procurement, training, and compliance with how teams execute work in the field, she ensures frontline staff are supported by clear processes, reliable data, and disciplined controls.

Known for translating operational complexity into practical, scalable solutions, Meredith helps organizations balance speed, risk management, and financial discipline while delivering consistent service at scale. Her work positions asset and facilities services as a durable growth vertical and a cornerstone of the company’s future operating model—one that protects assets, manages risk, and supports long-term performance.

We will fill the beginning spaces and lot first, then they will open the gate to the overflow parking lot. Please refer to the map for guidance and
