    Tony Giarratana has been a real estate entrepreneur and developer in downtown Nashville for 40 years. Recognized for his creative leadership in complex urban projects, he pioneered the first high-rise residential projects in Nashville’s Core and SoBro submarkets. Tony earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He serves as a Trustee of Lipscomb University, and advisory boards of the Nashville Downtown Partnership, Monroe Carrel, Jr. Children’s Hospital, Nashville Symphony, and Nashville Zoo. He also founded Premier Parking which grew to Nashville’s largest parking services provider. Tony has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 34 years, has a son, Sam, and daughter Kate, and worships at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.

    Parking Instructions:
    Parking is limited. We encourage you to carpool. Please enter Cannery Row from 8th Ave. Show the attendant your name badge or let them know you are there for BOMA to receive a pass. We will fill the beginning spaces and lot first, then they will open the gate to the overflow parking lot. Please refer to the map for guidance and     use this link for directions via Google Maps.

    Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are crucial documents for real estate professionals to understand to effectively manage risk and limit liability. In this webinar, participants will explore the fundamentals of COIs, including their purpose, components, and implications. From understanding coverage details to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, attendees will gain actionable insights to navigate the complexities of COIs and effectively serve their companies.   • Light the World in Teal For Alzheimer's Awareness

    BOMA Nashville is joining other BOMA markets in promoting the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America's annual Light the World in Teal initiative. We ask that if your building has lighting capabilities, to light it up in teal on November 3rd to raise Alzheimer’s awareness.

    We will be joined by hundreds of sites/buildings/landmarks around the world by illuminating in the color teal to raise awareness and shine a spotlight on this international health issue. It is also a sign of solidarity in the battle against Alzheimer’s disease. More than 1,350 sites around the world have committed to participated in this initiative.
